Terms of Service

SHAMOGRIK provides software for organizing business operations and records. Available modules, limits, integrations, and functionality may change as the service develops or according to the customer's plan and configuration.

Users must use accounts only as authorized by their organization, protect credentials and device access, and must not attempt to bypass permissions, tenant boundaries, security controls, or technical restrictions.

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of data entered into SHAMOGRIK, internal access assignments, required backups or exports under their own policies, and business decisions made using the service.

SHAMOGRIK aims to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security work, infrastructure incidents, feature changes, or preview-stage development may affect availability.

The service must not be used to violate law, infringe rights, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, distribute malicious code, or intentionally compromise another organization, user, device, or record.

SHAMOGRIK supports recordkeeping and operational workflows. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, or regulatory advice, and software output should not replace required professional review.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SHAMOGRIK is provided subject to the agreed service scope and applicable mandatory rights. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
