A multi-organization business operations platform I conceived and continue to drive. I define requirements, business workflows, permissions, expected behaviour and UI/product direction, then stay involved through validation, regression checks, deployment and production troubleshooting. An artist portfolio and online gallery built to showcase artworks through images and video, support artwork-specific price enquiries, and give the artist protected control over gallery content. I worked across requirements, functional validation, frontend/backend integration, deployment and troubleshooting.
