Junior IT / Application & Technical Support, backed by sustained practical work in application validation, issue reproduction, browser/API troubleshooting, deployment and production configuration.
SHAMOGRIK
My main and long-running project. I conceived SHAMOGRIK and continue to drive its requirements, business workflows, permissions, expected behaviour and UI/product direction while validating changes through real operational scenarios.
How I work
I stay involved across the whole iteration cycle: define expected behaviour, test the result, reproduce failures, collect technical evidence, verify corrections, and work through deployment and production troubleshooting. AI-assisted development accelerates implementation, research and debugging within that workflow.
