2. Website and server data
When the website is accessed, connection and request data may be processed or logged to deliver and secure the service. This can include IP address, time, requested resource, HTTP status and technical browser/client information. Where this processing is my responsibility, it serves secure and functional website delivery and may rely on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Contact
If you contact me, I process the information you provide to handle and answer your message. Employment, contractual or pre-contractual enquiries may rely on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; other communication may rely on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Browser storage
The public portfolio does not require advertising or tracking cookies. Internal portfolio administration/login functions may use browser storage for authentication; these are not part of an ordinary recruiter visit.
5. Hosting and recipients
The portfolio is delivered through SHAMOGRIK production infrastructure. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical data as required. The current production architecture uses OVH infrastructure.
6. Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as required for its purpose, security, communication handling or legal retention duties. No blanket server-log deletion period is claimed without a verified technical basis.
7. Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, rights can include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.
