SHAMOGRIK is designed to process data for the workflows selected by the customer. Customer business records are not sold. Access is scoped through organization, branch, membership, and permission controls.

Hosting, delivery, email, monitoring, or other infrastructure providers may process limited data on behalf of the service where required to operate SHAMOGRIK. Where processing involves another country, appropriate legal safeguards must be used where applicable.

Data is retained for as long as required to provide the service, preserve legitimate operational or audit history, satisfy contractual requirements, or comply with applicable retention duties. Retention periods can differ by record type and customer context.
